We loved the venue and its absolutely perfect and excellent setting. More than that, it was next to a beach. We could enjoy views over the sea.

The host was always available. Rooms were all absolutely perfect and provided with balcony. A microwave, an electric kettle, and a refrigerator were good to have.

Situated in a great and fantastic spot. in our opinion, it’s a brilliant base for travelling to skegness. the venue has marvellous setting close to the centre. staff are fabulous. has extremely comfy bed, slept well. there's kitchen, so you can cook breakfast freely. there's views over the sea.

The location was absolutely perfect and magnificent, so close to the seafront, beach, and the Embassy Theatre. It was near Wolfies Wine Bar, just a 5-minute walk away. The host treated us very well.

Prime spot within walking distance to all you need. You've got a great Italian joint, the Embassy Theatre, and the sandy beach all just a stone's throw away. 😊 Close to everything you'd want for a seaside getaway!

Stayed in an apartment with a balcony that had a killer view of the sea 🌊. The location was awesome, just a short walk from the pier.

Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host who made us feel right at home. The apartment was impeccably clean and had a delightful scent of fresh bed sheets. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the funfair, town, and beach. We appreciated the peace and quiet, as the apartment did not allow for hen/stag parties. The complimentary tea, coffee, and sugar were a nice touch, along with the provided kitchen essentials. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the bedding was spotless. We were truly impressed with the level of care and attention to detail from the owners. I highly recommend this hotel for a wonderful stay.

Great value for the money, the apartment was clean and comfortable with lovely bed sheets and a quiet atmosphere. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the funfair, town, and beach. The staff were incredibly welcoming and even left us a Christmas card and present.

The food for breakfast could have been better with an extra hand towel and a stool/towel rail in the bathroom for clothes.

The location is great and stunning, with easy access to nearby attractions and friendly staff welcoming guests.

The hosts were very friendly and welcoming, always on hand if needed. The apartment was clean and situated right by the beach, with a great view. One advantage was that there were no additional fees for electricity or gas, unlike other places in the area.

Although the overall cleanliness was decent, there were some issues with the sofa, as we found crushed up crisps and a dummy stuffed down the cushions from a previous guest. This was quite off-putting and we had to cover the seats with a blanket.

We had a fantastic time staying here, just a short walk from the town center and the beach, as well as a great Italian restaurant nearby!
